What happens after you contact us
We send a release request to your current registrar
Tell us your domain and who it's currently registered with. We email your current registrar a formal request to release the domain to DomainZW.
Your current registrar approves the release
The current registrar replies confirming they accept the transfer. That approval authorises the domain to move to DomainZW.
We complete the transfer with ZISPA
Once the release is approved, we submit the transfer to ZISPA. After it's processed (typically 3–7 business days) your domain appears in your DomainZW dashboard, ready to manage.
